At IDI EIKON we treat the information you provide us with the purpose of managing the contractual relationship binding us, managing the sending of the information you may request, providing interested parties with offers of our services and/or products of their interest and/or managing your candidacy.

Your data will be kept for the minimum time necessary for the correct provision of the service offered, as well as to meet the responsibilities that may arise from it and / or any other legal requirement.

What is the legitimacy for the treatment of your data?

What are the rights of users?

IDI EIKON informs the User about the possibility he/she has to exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability and limitation of the treatment, as well as to reject the automated treatment of the personal data collected by IDI EIKON.

These rights may be exercised free of charge by the User, and where appropriate by his/her representative, by means of a written and signed request addressed to the following address: Calle Benjamín Franklin nº 27, 46980 Paterna, Valencia – Parque Tecnológico.

The request must include the following information: name and surname of the User, address for notification purposes, photocopy of the National Identity Document or Passport, and petition in which the request is specified.

In case of representation, it must be proved by means of a reliable document. Likewise, the User may exercise the aforementioned rights through the email info@idieikon.com

In addition to the above rights, the User will have the right to withdraw the consent granted at any time through the procedure described above, without such withdrawal of consent affecting the lawfulness of the treatment prior to its withdrawal. IDI EIKON may continue processing User data to the extent allowed by that applicable law.

Likewise, when the treatment of the User’s personal data is based on legitimate interest, the User may oppose it.

IDI EIKON reminds the User that he has the right to file a claim with the relevant control authority, being the Spanish Data Protection Agency in Spain. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the User may, prior to filing a claim with the supervisory authority, contact IDI EIKON Data Protection Officer through the address info@idieikon.com in order to settle any concern.
